Ishøj Forsyning, the local utility, wanted to make district heating easy to understand for residents, with a main film explaining how it works plus a series of short FAQ videos.

We built the script around a relatable everyday character and told the story in a fun, light-hearted way that makes district heating feel approachable. We shot on location around Ishøj with a host walking viewers through the essentials, and from the same world we produced a run of short FAQ videos answering the questions residents ask most.
